    For the towels inside and the sheets we charge a fee of 20 euro a person (laundry-fee). Endcleaning = 70€

    We can provide you the transfers from dalaman airport to the villa and back or to our catamaran Kalamazoo.

    Our villa is located at the foot of the green mountains in Gocek, known as Turkish St.-Tropez. 1,6 kilometers,15 minutes by walking, to the harbours and the lovely center. You will look at a wonderfull view of the green pines, olive-trees, surrounded by flowers around Gocek and the mountains. Almost every moment you can enjoy the sunshine, from early in the morning until dawn. The garden and swimmingpool are located in the sun.

    The white stylish, airconditioned villa is 200m² at a plot of 400m². The private swimming-pool measures 9m X 5m ! Inside the villa there is a livingroom of 40m², a diningroom with a open kitchen of 36m² with 2 terraces. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master-bedroom with ensuite bathroom includes a jacuzi and has a terrace at the topfloor. Bedroom-2 includes a ensuite bathroom with shower and has a terrace as well. Bedroom-3 and -4 have a common bathroom and have direct access to the garden. Because of the location, the house is designed in four levels with an open plan, which will give you the feeling of a lot of space.

    Kitchen : Hob with 3 gas and 1 electric plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with inside deepfreezer, coffeemaker, hotwater-maker, mixers, blender, egg-cooker, toaster, table-grill, fryer, bread-machine. Outside near the swimmingpool you have the possibillity to use a big barbeque. You name it, we have it !

    The livingroom is furnished with 2 big sofa's which can be transformed to an extra bed for 2 persons.In the livingroom there are a Satellite-flatscreen television, DVD-player as well as a homecinema on which you can play your own Ipod as well as your USB.

    Bedroom-1 : wardrobe, make-uptable, a double bed ensuite bathroom, jacuzi, shower and toilet and a balcony with a beautiful view.

    Bedroom-2 : 2 beds which can be put beside eachother, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, shower and toilet. This bedroom has also a balcony with another beautiful view.

    Bedroom-3 and -4 : 2 beds which can be put beside eachother, wardrobe. Room-3 has direct access to the garden. The bathroom is between the two rooms and has a shower and toilet. This bathroom contains also the washing-machine.

    Garden : the garden has all kind of little trees and flowers, lemon-trees and olive-trees, oleander, bougainville-flowers. Near the livingroom is a 40m²-terrace as well as the swimming-pool, which is private to the villa. This measures 9 X 5 m ! At the terrace there is more then enough space to take a sunbath at the longchairs and seats. The maintenance of the swimming-pool and the garden and the cleaning inside are inclusive the charged price.

    Bedlinen and towels are provided if you want; we charge you a fee of 20 euro pp.

    Extra's: Gocek Tennis Club (new). If you need a car, scooters, bicycles, motorbike, boat-trips, diving-trips, excursions, parasailing, golfing ? Ask for it and we organise it in a professional way! ! You are on holiday !
